West Ardnamurchan Community Garden has an exciting opportunity available for a project worker in the West Scottish Highlands. The community garden is in its fifth month and seeks a grower to continue the good work achieved so far. At present the project has funding until the end of March 2011, however, if further funding is secured a contract extension may be possible.

Tamar Grow Local is a Community Interest Company promoting sustainable local food in the beautiful Tamar Valley on the Devon/Cornwall border. The Growing the Valley Project will develop a range of new linked community food and composting projects. Working closely with local communities and project partners, the role will facilitate and support these projects, and promote collaboration.

35 hours per week with some occasional evening and weekend working, salary £21,000-£22,000 per annum.
The Fundraising Co-ordinator will be responsible for fundraising, primarily from trusts and companies, and for promoting the Centre to potential funders, user groups and the public. Lambourne End Outdoor Centre is a fantastic 54 acre site in south west Essex which boasts residential accommodation and training facilities, outdoor adventure activities, and a working farm with dedicated environmental areas.

Canalside Community Food, a pioneering CSA based outside Leamington Spa, is looking for a new main grower. They are seeking an experienced grower to join the team producing organic vegetables throughout the year for the community of over 100 members. Currently the project has seven acres of field scale vegetables and five polytunnels for protected cropping and has also recently planted up a fruit field/forest garden.
