Peni Ediker has a successful market garden and soft fruit orchard business in Carmarthenshire. Her success lies in her relationship with microbiology in the soil. Peni Grows abundant crops using regenerative farming techniques, making inoculated compost and bio fertilisers.

Peni will teach us how to make an inoculated compost heap as well as how to make an indigenous Microbe soil improver.

This course is provided free of charge through Sustainable Food Procurement for Local Prosperity. This project has received funding through the Welsh Government Rural Communities - Rural Development Programme 2014-2020, which is funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the Welsh Government to pilot two new procurement food hubs in Carmarthenshire and North Powys.
