Growing Well Together: Sharing best practice and collaboration between Community Gardens and the NHS

This event aims to highlight and share good practice of community gardens and NHS collaboration and partnership working.

Where: Saracen House, 139 Saracen Street, Possilpark, Glasgow, G22 5AZ.   

When: 09:30 - 16:00, Thursday 3rd March, 2016

This event is for staff and volunteers involved in community gardens, and staff from the NHS and other health care services. The event will: 

• Increase community growers' understanding of what is invovled in being a health care provider and working collaboratively with the NHS and other health care services.
• Increase NHS staff awareness of the benefits of community gardening, and how this can be integrated into services they deliver.
• Increase awareness of NHS staff and community growers of the different avenues of support and collaboration.
