SF&G Members' Gathering July
Local networks of community growing groups: What works.

Networks can serve a of purposes from facilitating relationship building and information exchange , to mobilising a large number of people and organisations to achieve change,  Andrea Gibbons will share learning from the Food for Life Get Togethers coordinated by the Soil Association and from her current role as four nations Sustainable Food Networks Coordinator, on what makes a great network.  She will be joined by SF&G's Miriam Turley who will share some experiences of establishing local networks of community growing networks and their role in affecting policy change at a local level. There will be ample time for questions and discussion.
