Local networks of community growing groups: What works.

Andrea Gibbons will share learning from the Food For Life Get Togethers coordinated by the Soil Association, and her current role as four nations Sustainable Food Places Network Coordinator, on what makes a great network. Networks can serve a number of purposes, from facilitating relationship building and information exchange, to mobilising a large number of people and organisations to achieve change.

Andrea will be joined by SF&G’s Miriam Turley who will share some experiences of establishing local networks of community growing groups and their role in affecting policy change at a local level. There will be ample time for Q and A's at the end.
