Job title: Site Development Manager
Location: Bath City Farm, Bath, Somerset
Hours: 30 hours (4 days) per week which must include Fridays and one weekend day per month
Salary: £30 221 (pro rata for 30 hours per week £24 177)
Bath City Farm is looking for a Site Development Manager to lead on the practical development and maintenance of the Farm’s 37-acre site and community facilities.
You will play a key role in the development of the site for education and therapeutic activities, farming, nature conservation and animal care, with a commitment to sustainable and regenerative practices.
You will lead on all aspects of health and safety and ensure the Farm site and its facilities provide a high quality, welcoming, and safe space for all its users.
We are looking for a conscientious, adaptable and hardworking individual with a wide range of practical skills in land and facilities management.
