The Sow and Grow project has two sites and encourages local people to grow and eat fresh fruit and vegetables.There are opportunities to learn horticultural skills in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, purchase organic quality produce and volunteer. Training placements are available. The gardening project is part of a larger healthy eating project (Plot to Plate) which encourages good health and well being through diet, exercise etc.
