We are the county's leading nature conservation charity. Staffordshire Wildlife Trust carries out conservation projects all over the county to protect our special landscapes and wildlife. We manage 40 nature reserves across the county for the benefit of wildlife and people, totalling over 4,000 acres. The People Engagement Team works with communities to improve and engage with their local area, delivers school sessions on nature reserves or their sites and runs family activities on reserves, local green spaces providing an access and a connection to nature anywhere in Staffordshire. We provide volunteering opportunities throughout the county. Our headquarters is located near Rugeley at The Wolseley Centre. We are encouraging social/green prescribers to direct those in need to our services and work with partners where we can to increase our impact.
