Belville Community Garden is an innovative community project providing accessible garden and allotment space and bringing the community together.

Our organisation promotes a safer, stronger community around improving lifestyles, and health primarily through gardening, horticulture and healthy eating. We break down social barriers for young and old alike and offer the chance of new learning experiences, improved community relationships, a sense of pride in the environment and improved mental and physical wellbeing.

Since the opening in 2014, Belville Community Garden have developed a status within the community as a central food growing hub, organising and coordinating community groups and schools in growing projects. We also coordinate local schools John Muir Awards, community arts projects and health related projects such as the green gyms.
