Set up in January 2017, My Life Dynamic Cultivate programme delivers Social and Therapeutic Horticulture to adults with Mental health Issues. We have secured various sites in Aberdeenshire where we are establishing community gardens/working with community groups and finding placement opportunities for our clients. Cultivate is a two year programme, offering STH aiming at "soft" outcomes in the first year then moving on to more of a Horticulture programme. In short we talk about "gardening" in the first year and "horticulture" in the second.
