Based now in Shillingstone, North Dorset, the Project offers volunteering and supported work placements for local people of all abilities. Lavender plants are grown (for sale, and for planting onsite to create harvest of flowers) and a range of herbs and vegetables, cut flowers and shrubs, fruit and ornamental trees are now planted, aiming to improve the biodiversity in the field. Volunteers work cooperatively together to plan, plant and care for the site, encouraging a positive sense of wellbeing and creating a peaceful safe space for everyone's benefit.
