Depden Care Farm offers therapeutic placements to adults with learning disabilities, those recovering their mental health or those with acquired brain injuries.
People are offered the chance for structured outdoor activity, education and training through tailored and supervised involvement in horticulture, agriculture and, where appropriate, helping with the livestock.
Our rural idyll is home to a selection of animals from horses and donkeys, to pigs, sheep and goats. Hens and ducks are free to wander in the orchard, and this much loved and well-cared for menagerie ensures that animal assisted therapy is at the heart of much of what we do.
