We offer psychotherapy and counselling to adults and young people experiencing anxiety, depression, loss, post trauma and other mental health issues.
We also support vulnerable young people who experience emotional and psychosocial difficulties in main stream education, liaising with schools, SENCOs and other educational providers.
Our service offers walk and talk therapy with or without a pony or dog, equine and animal assisted therapy and the opportunity to learn basic knowledge of keeping horses, chickens, cats and dog. Also to plant and grow basic vegetables and flowers in a polytunnel.
