Frade Charity Shops are managed as a social enterprise, whereby that profitability allows the Charity to achieve its three key goals which are as follows:
• Reduce Poverty – by selling donated household goods in our stores at affordable prices with further discounts of 25% for people on universal credit/PIP.
• Reduce Waste – by collecting unwanted household items and electrical goods free of charge. It is better for them to be re-homed than go to landfill.
• Improve Employability – by actively promoting community work placements and volunteers gaining new skills and training which helps them back to work.

We were established in 1990 and since then we have provided assistance to thousands of households, assisted hundreds of volunteers back into work and recycled many thousands of tons away from landfill.
