We support people to reconnect with nature to improve mental health and well-being. Our main focus is on running Forest Schools programmed for adults with mental health concerns. However we are new and growing and exploring new ways to help people reconnect with nature. We get involved with planting trees, harvesting foraged food and working together with local organizations and their food sharing schemes. We don’t have a fixed site, we work on forest sites around Newcastle and Gateshead with the support of other organizations.
