Hannah Fields is a community garden set up to combat loneliness and social isolation through a model of empowerment and connection. We are transforming a previously neglected area of Greenland and Woodland. This is being done by the community for the community. Our vision is creating a space inclusive to all, enabling people to reconnect with their natural environment.
We are able to offer the opportunity to get involved with regeneration of the land to bring back a thriving eco system and wildlife area. We have space for community food growing and are working towards forest school activities for children and adults with a focus on improving wellbeing. We are working towards offering a range of holistic wellbeing activities in the future.
