EcoDewi is a environmental community group focusing on the St Davids Peninsula in Pembrokeshire, SW Wales. We look at a variety of projects that will benefit the local community and local environment including sustainable energy, biodiversity improvement, community orchards and beach cleaning projects.

Over the winter of 2020 we began a new project, in collaboration with St Davids Cathedral, to develop a Community Garden in St Davids. The site was overgrown and unused but is now a flourishing garden. That said, there is still lots of work to do and we have only worked on a half of the 0.5 acre site. The garden is called Dewi's Acre or Erw Dewi and is open to the general public 24/7.

in 2022 we started working with the Peninsula Producers Food Hub to help run the hub and develop it further. This project has now received funding from the Resilient Green Spaces programme which will allow us to hire a part-time Food Hub Manager and further develop the project.

We have also been involved with tree planting and wildflower meadow creation at a variety of sites including schools and through our Mini Meadows project. There is loads going on so please do get in touch with us to find out more.
