We have formed an association of seven independent, volunteer managed community gardens in the Meersbrook & Heeley area of Sheffield. We are a constituted group with an elected Chair, Secretary and Treasurer, along with a committee representing all seven community gardens. We have been fundraising for group public liability insurance and other essentials. We have also jointly produced a 'Meersbrook & Heeley Community Gardens Walking Map' to encourage visitors to our community gardens. We also aim to hold a series of events over the Spring/Summer of 2022 to encourage new volunteers to become involved in our community gardens
