St Thomas Community Garden is located in St Thomas Pleasure Ground in Exeter. It is an unincorporated group of 7 members. The garden is run by volunteers and aims at:
● Growing food in a sustainable way for the local community, in the respect of all in the community and the wildlife
● Increasing access to good food locally produced and to land to grow food in St Thomas neighbourhood for all
● Promoting well-being and creating a healthy and beautiful space in and for the community
● Developing educational activities to increase gardening, cooking, and wildlife skills and knowledge
● Raising awareness on the importance of a better food system to increase the health and wellbeing of humans and non humans, and of society.
