Suffolk Mind is an independent charity whose mission is to make the county the best place in the world for talking about and taking care of mental health. We provide a range of wellbeing services, courses and resources for individuals, schools, and workplaces and community groups. Including counselling services, mental health support groups, and wellbeing training for organisations.
Our Greencare Ecotherapy Service runs regular facilitated groups on allotments.
