We find small neglected urban sites suitable for establishing community gardens, create leasing or licensing agreements with their stakeholders, find or place volunteers in them to improve them visually and productively, provide training, create educational resources out of them, and provide all future needed support, including financial, insurance, plants, equipment, etc.
