Canolfan Maerdy is a multifunctional community based and run Centre. It is a Charity and Company Ltd by Guarantee. It aims to work within the community supporting and providing according to identified needs. Current services include; Food Hub with Community Growing, Healthy eating cafe, Meals on Wheels; Childcare including full day care, Flying Start, holiday and after school clubs and Forest School activities; Youth Services with three club sessions per week, Counselling, welfare support, residentials and involvement in growing, forest schools etc; and low carbon, Community Transport inclusive of flexible bus service.
All services work together and integrate to support our community.
