We are a Catholic primary school based in Burnley. During the summer holidays I developed some of the school field and Woodland area in to a forest school setting. My intention is to deliver weekly forest school sessions to every year group in the whole school. I want to teach the children about nature and the environment and how to care for it. How to be more sustainable, grow crops, conserve water and rear livestock. I would love the children to spend time outdoors daily, to experience all weathers and the changes the different seasons bring.
