Glenside Farm Comber CIC is a community farm based on a working farm with pedigree livestock. It allows access to the rural environment where participants can engage in farming activities, learn new skills, and participate in outdoor experiences. Our vision is health and wellbeing for all through farming, nature, and community.
We aim to cultivate a safe and welcoming space where members of the community can develop meaningful connections and a sense of belonging. Through our activities, we endeavour to create inclusive experiences that cater to diverse needs and backgrounds, fostering a sense of community devoid of stress or pressure. We are committed to address social inequalities by offering opportunities to disadvantaged community members and those at risk of social isolation and exclusion. We provide a community space for hire, workshops and community events.
