We are community based charity offering activities and learning opportunities. After discussions with community members, we have completed an asset transfer from our local council in South Lanarkshire. We plan to transform a disused parcel of land in to a community growing area, teaching the community how to grow their own produce. We will also encourage planting of a variety of plants and trees. The sight is 1,331 square meters and we have a 15 year lease, starting next month. This is in the early stages and althouh we have many keen gardeners, this is a substantial project, and we are looking to provide the best outcomes for all in the community.
