We are a community group based at Glascoed Pub just outside Usk in Monmouthshire. We have set up a community hub at the Pub to support a range of groups from adults with learning disabilities to veterans experiencing mental health issues. We are linking with various community groups to enable them to access our hub and benefit from the support we offer. We have therapy opportunities including a sauna, cold plunge pool and floatation tanks. We have fantastic outdoor space which we are developing, we are planting trees, hedging, wildflowers and plants and are keen to develop aquaponics. At present we have around 60-80 people using the hub on a regular basis.
