We set up our Association recently to take on the management of a small area of allotment land on behalf of our neighbour who owns the land and who's late husband managed it for many years. It was his and her wish to gift the land to an organisation to protect it as allotments for the community into the future. We are currently looking at how ownership of the land can be legally transferred.
